Cleany PSS 1500
CLEANY is an automatic external cleaning machine for full bottles of different sizes and diameters. In Phase I, the bottles are cleaned by a light spray of water and forced brushing from all sides. To achieve a shiny finish, the machine is equipped with a special dispensing device for delivering the detergent-cleaner (optional), which gives the bottles a glossier shine. In Phase II, the bottles are surface dried with warm air and are ready for further labelling or packaging. The machine is easy to operate and suitable for small and medium-sized wineries.
The construction and operation:
The machine body has an ergonomic and modern design featuring stainless steel sheeting attached to a support frame made of stainless tubular profiles.
The washer-dryer is designed with two chambers (washing chamber and drying chamber). The cleaning brushes are installed in the washing chamber and are easily removable.
Bottles in the washing chamber are carefully guided by means of a special gripping star with a rigid clutch pivot and enables a stable and precise guidance of each bottle during brushing. The drying chamber contains a side guide that rotates the bottles for efficient drying. The cleaning speed can be easily adjusted on the control panel.
