Washing machine Pralomat PS 400
Pralomat is a semi-automatic washing machine for external and internal cleaning of bottles of different sizes and diameters. The aesthetic and ergonomic conical design allows waste water and impurities to be retained inside the basin during operation without wetting the outside area. The main advantage of the washing machine is the synchronous operation of the brushes.
This ensures that the required bottle cleanliness is achieved even in the most hidden areas. The machine is easy to operate and suitable for small as well as medium-sized wineries.
Construction and operation:
The machine body is ergonomically designed and, together with the base, made of stainless steel. The machine is designed with two cleaning units which can be moved manually. While a bottle is being brushed on one unit, the bottle is changed on the other unit and vice versa.
The brushes are made of polyamide and are driven by an electric motor via a belt transmission. The entire speed transmission assembly is mounted under the collecting basin. The shafts of the associated brushes are carefully moulded into the aluminium housing to which the lubricators are connected. These structural advantages ensure a long service life and quiet operation of the brushes with minimum maintenance.
