Bottle sterilisation
Bottle sterilisation machines
STN 12, STN 18, STN 24
Construction and operation:
The machine body, including the moving wheels, is made entirely of stainless material W 1.4301. Attached to the main body is a dividing mechanism with a rotary table which is driven by a worm gear via a gear train.
The rotational speed of the rotary table with nozzles can be changed by means of a regulator (STN18 and STN24) or by means of change gears (STN12). A pump is mounted under the lower support plate, which serves for the correct dosing of the sulphur solution into the bottle. After the injection of the sulphur solution, the bottle is rinsed with sterile water, which is pre-cleaned in a microfilter.
