CAPPING CK 700
CAPPING is an automatic machine for capping bottles with aluminium caps (in standard version for caps with a diameter of 30mm and a height of 60mm – STELVIN 30×60). The caps can also be of other dimensions, depending on the type of capping head and the bottles. An aluminium cap is placed on the bottle, which is pre-filled with wine, and the bottle is placed in the centre of the plunger. The machine then registers the presence of the bottle and pushes the bottle with the cap into the rotary smoothing spindle. The patented and precision-engineered four-jaw rotary head ensures that the aluminium stopper fits snugly against the mouth of the bottle at the end of the working cycle, thus ensuring the required degree of sealing.
Design and operation:
The machine is designed as a stand-alone unit. It has an ergonomic and modern body with stainless steel sheeting attached to a support frame. The machine is equipped with high-quality pneumatic elements to move the bottle plunger, ensuring a high number of cycles, a long service life and trouble-free operation. The patented and precision-engineered four-jaw rotary head is made entirely of stainless material. The rigidly clamped and guided side discs in each jaw of the rotary head are surface-treated to avoid tearing the caps and ensure quality smoothing. The machine features a flexible bottle rest, which reduces the possibility of injury during operation and increases the level of safety
